Our jewelry does not oxidate due to the properties of the materials used. To preserve your jewelry, clean it lightly using neutral soap and water and quickly use a flannel to dry.
To request an exchange, you must take into account the procedural instructions indicated in the "Terms and Conditions". Once we receive the product, we will assess the condition of the product and if everything is in accordance with as stipulated in the policy, the new product will be sent in the next 14 business days.
